Shipping & Exchange Policy
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:
- All orders are posted within 2-5 business days of ordered date.
- All orders are posted twice a week - every Monday and Thursdays.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
- Standard flat rate of $5.00 on all orders below $35.00 - FREE SHIPPING is available for all overs above $35.00
- Australian postage is expected to take on average, 7-10 business days. Please take into account your location, as delivery times may vary.
- Due to the current pandemic, shipping may be delayed.
- At this point in time, we do not offer express shipping - please take this into account if any orders are for special occasions.
- Tracking your order will be available through the contact details you provide.
Please note: we cannot request any specific details in regards of your order.
All purchased artworks will require signatory on delivery.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
As we are a small business, product exchange is recommended as we do not offer refunds.
In order for product exchange:
- Product must be either faulty, not as displayed from picture, and/or damaged within Creative Journey Within packaging.
Please note: Creative Journey Within is not responsible for any damage of products on your behalf or damage to parcel packaging. If your parcel has been damaged within delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us, as can work together for a solution.
- We do not offer product exchange for 'change of heart'.

What we require if product is either faulty, not as displayed from picture, and/or damaged within Creative Journey Within packaging:
For product exchange to be successful, Creative Journey Within requires proof of damaged/faulty item:
- Photo evidence is required through email penny.madewithlove@gmail.com
- Item is to be sent to Creative Journey Within for inspection (as we are a small business, postage will be at your own expense. You may be reimbursed if item is proven faulty/damaged).
- Exchange of the item will proceed once item is proven faulty/damaged through inspection.
